On the traces of the architects of Istanbul

A visit in the old city that introduce you the Imperial architect Alexandre Vallaury (1850-1921) who had an important place in his period especially in the civil architecture of Istanbul (French Union, Pera Palace Hotel, Ottoman Bank, Villa Decugis, Patisseries Lebon and Markiz, Archaeological Museum, etc).

In the same spirit, the visit can be organised to follow the evolution of the largest Ottoman architect: Mimar Sinan. Visit imperial mosques, religious schools and caravanserais (XVIth century).

In both cases, lunch, in a typical restaurant.
