This unusual visit makes you discover the old caravanserais transformed into
workshops, around the Grand Bazaar, which are divided by sectors and ethnical groups who
are specialized in different handicrafts, these caravanserais which are not known enough
show the socio-economic role of these masters at the time of the Ottoman Empire.
