Rental Prices

Rental Terms
Price : for a week to 1 to 6 people max :
This rental cannot  be occupied by a number of persons superior to the one mentionned above, unless  agreement of the owner who can refuse in ordrer to prevent from abnormal usage of the equipement  and  from disturbing the neighbours
Rentals : from Saturday 4.00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM.
The taker recognizes that this flat, object of the present agreement, is only been rented as a provisory residence and that the period of this contract has been consented and accepted without any possible renewal.
Deposit : Guarantee deposit: 600  € at arrival. Restitution at your leaving if no major damage or missing objects and the number of occupants is in conformity with the initial agreement.
Payment : 50 % of the total amount of the rent with your reservation letter (no restitution in case of cancelation). A receipt of the reservation will be sent within 2 weeks. For payments by cheque, please contact us by e-mail. Balance at arrival with the keys
Housekeeping : The prices include house cleaning expenditures. Linen and kitchen utensiles are fournished.
No pets.
Electricity and water consumption for dwelling pruposes: included in the rental price. 
The Terrace-Balcony : is at your disposal under your responsibility. The access key is in the flat and should be locked if you are not using it, the key should never remain on the lock during or after your use.

General Conditions
A description of the state of the flat, the inventory of furniture and material will be given to the occupant at his-her arrival
The occupant cannot under-rent to someone else nor can he/she sell or give away the totality of one part of his rental rights to a third person.
In case of contestation on the execution of the present agreement, the undersigned parts agree that the competent courthouse will be Paris, France except for Turkish citizens or residents in which case the competent courthouse will be Istanbul, Turkey.

How to Proceed ?

Reservation
To verify  the availability of the flat, please contact us by e-mail

Your arrival
"Bayram" (look the picture) or someone else if he is not available, will be waiting for you at a meting point (for exemple, near the Galata Tower) to bring you home, show you around, give you the kees and proceed, do the rest of the formalities. Please tell us the estimated time of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, it will also be possible to store your luguages if the flat is being checked out or cleaned for you.
Please also mention to Bayram the day and the time of your departure, so that he can come earlier to do the check out and to return you your deposit.
If you have specific questions, he has a cell phone.

Your leaving
The prices include the cleaning of the flat at your departure. You do not have to do anything unless you reammy left the house in a terrible condition.
Bayram will be sufficently on time to do your check-out without delaying your departure time.
He will proceed to the inventory and your departure formalities will restitute your guarantee deposit (unless a party or the total has to be retained in case of major damages or missing objects). You will give him back the keys and he will accompany you to your taxi.
